Email Scam - Central Bank

Another interesting email scam tries to trick the user into supplying his name, credit card details and other sensitive information.

The spammers would send a copy of the email below on a random basis.

Dear Customer,

This is your official notification from Central Bank that the service(s) listed below will be deactivated and deleted if not renewed immediately. Previous notifications have been sent to the Billing Contact assigned to this account. As the Primary Contact, you must renew the service(s) listed below or it will be deactivated and deleted.

Renew Now your banking@home and Online Bill Pay services.

SERVICE: banking@home with Online Bill Pay
EXPIRATION: Dec, 31 2005

Thank you for using Bill Pay Service. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to serve you.

The question my friend is where does this site take you to? I followed the link and it took me to the page below.

As you can see in the screen shot above, they try to trick the user into supplying his credit card information.
